- making cynical comments, usually about yourself
- pushing people away
- tend to rubbing your eyes and head a lot
- avoiding eye contact
- always being shaky
- avoiding certain conversations

there were a lot of reasons, but i think it was the right decision, for both of us. i know i broke his heart and i feel worst than i ever have for something i’ve done but i think i’d feel worse if i waited any longer or didn’t ever do it. well both be ok. i know he’ll be ok, it’ll take a long time but he’ll be ok and he’ll meet someone who he really deserves and who really truly is more in love with him than anything else in their life. i’m not that person and it’s not fair for either of us to keep pretending like something wasn’t wrong between us. it wasn’t out of the blue, i hope he knows that. i hope he will be ok soon.
